Graeme Hammer教授(详情参见http://www.qaafi.uq.edu.au/graeme-hammer是澳洲昆士兰大学昆士兰农业与食品创新研究所(QAFFI)植物科学研究中心主任、国家作物光合作用转化卓越重点实验室首席科学家,世界顶尖作物生理学家,国际主流杂志(作物学)发表过150多篇论文包括Science, Nature, Nature Climate Change, Plant Physiology, New Phytologist, Journal of Experimental BotanyCrop science等。

教育背景  Graeme Hammer教授在澳洲墨尔本大学和昆士兰大学的分别获得学士学位,墨尔本大学获得硕士学位,美国堪萨斯州立大学获得博士学位。

研究方向  Graeme Hammer教授研究领域是作物生理,研究兴趣主要在田间作物复杂适应性状的生理和遗传机制,并应用作物模型辅助分析与分子设计。研究作物主要包括高粱、玉米和小麦。他领导的团队和国内国际著名育种学家、遗传学家、分子生物学家和农学家有广泛的合作关系。

主要荣誉和成就:澳大利亚农业研究院 Fellow Farrer 纪念奖章(2012),澳大利亚农业科学奖章(2013),昆士兰农业研究杰出成就获得者Thomson-ISI农业科学领域论文最高被引作者之一;农业生产模型世界范围应用广泛的APSIM模型主要开发者之一,美国哥伦比亚大学气候和社会国际研究所科学委员会顾问成员,澳洲大型植物表型实验室顾问成员。
